If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 21 days of invoice, less the cost of shipping. Returns on items will be accepted within 21 days of invoice and a refund will be credited back to your PayPal account minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Shoes must be returned in new condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. They must have clean soles and no major creases. Shoes that have been danced in cannot be returned. We strongly recommend customers to try their new shoes on over a clean carpet or paper. Shoes worn over hard surfaces will tend to pick up dust or dirt. The customer is reponsible for all shipping costs to return or exchange products.
All customized Ballroom Dance Shoes are of final sales, neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Shipping within the U.S.
We ship all in stock items within 24 business hours from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via USPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your location. (in most cases it averages 3-5 business days from the day that the order was placed. (Alaska and Hawaii will usually take longer) All delivery times are posted as expected delivery times, and cannot be guaranteed, due to circumstances beyond our control.
Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Customers will be made aware of "out of stock" items within 24 business hours from the time your order was received. Customized Orders can take anywhere from 5-8 weeks to be manufactured and shipped, but just think how jelous your friends will be when your wearing your very own Custom Ballroom Dance Shoes.
Free USA Shipping
The Dance Shoe Depot pays for all shipping costs to the Continental USA, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories. Free shipping is only available for orders placed online and only applies to regular ground shipping. Free shipping does not include any returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any item back to the manufacturer for a return or exchange.
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 24 business hours of receiving the order to find the best resolution for your order.
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within the first 12 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email email@example.com to cancel and order.

All orders are shipped from California and can take a bit longer to reach our friends to the North but we have incorporated Canadian Flate Shipping Rates to help reduce the cost to our Canadian customers (yes, we pay the difference to pass even more savings on to you). WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE EXPRESS DELIVERIES TO CANADA BECAUSE USPS AND CANADA POST WILL NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES, SORRY!
